If you do not accept the change, do not access or use the Website. You should check these terms of service periodically.

02. Access and Use of the Website
Wells Electronics Ltd grants you a limited license to access and use the Website, including to display, copy, distribute and download its content, only for your personal, non-commercial use and provided that you do not modify the Website, its content, or any copyright or other proprietary notices. This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms of service. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy all copies in your possession.

03. Restriction on Use of the Website
Except as expressly authorized above, you may not copy, modify, distribute, download, display, transfer, post, or transmit the Website or its content in any form without Wells Electronics Ltd prior written permission.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN, WILL SELLER; WELLS ELECTRONICS LTD, ITS AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS, SUBCONTRACTORS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
(A) ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS, REVENUES OR SAVINGS , EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES OR IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE OTHERWISE FORESEEABLE, IN EACH CASE, WHETHER A CLAIM FOR ANY SUCH LIABILITY IS PREMISED UPON BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY.
(B) ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS OR ACTIONS AGAINST CUSTOMER BY ANY THIRD PARTY
(C) ANY LOSS OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH CUSTOMER’S IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY CONCLUSIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS BY SELLER OR ITS AFFILIATES BASED ON, RESULTING FROM, ARISING OUT OF OR OTHERWISE RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR
(D) ANY UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT FOR USE OR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE. IN THE EVENT OF ANY LIABILITY INCURRED BY SELLER OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF SELLER AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR DAMAGES FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

07.  Repairs

We are legally obliged to provide 90 days return collection policy on all repairs.

From the day we invoice you and informed you that you device is repaired and ready for collection or delivery, you have up till 90 days to sort out the payment on the invoice. If for any reason you are unable to complete the payment within 90 days, it is your responsibility to notify us via email and also advise us as to when you expect to settle the invoice. This must not exceed an additional 30 days period, to bring the total to 120 days.

If your device is not collected within 120 days we will sell it to recoup the cost of the repair. We only have a contract to repair your device, we do not provide storage facility!

For machine deemed uneconomical enough for repair, we will only keep it for 90 days and then scrap it.

08.

Service Exclusions and Diagnostic Fee.
Wells Electronics Ltd provides free Diagnostics, however, for complex systems, we may charge you a diagnostic fee.

Secondly, we provide repair estimates free of charge before the collection of your device based on your description of the issue with your device when you contacted us. However, we reserve the right to review and increase the estimate given upon the actual inspection of your device on its arrival at our repair facility if at this point an additional labor or parts are required that were not specified in the original description of issue you gave before the collection of your device, or if the required replacement part turned out to be more expensive to procure, and installed based on the original estimated charges.

Wells Electronics Ltd grants you a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of the Website so long as the link does not portray Wells Electronics Ltd or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or offensive manner. You may not use the Wells Electronics Ltd logo,Wells Electronics Ltd trademark, or Wells Electronics Ltd name or trademarks, or other proprietary graphic in the link without the prior written permission of the management of Wells Electronics Ltd.
